Victoria Morris

President and CEO of Lexikat Artists

As one of the Entertainment Industry’s first dance agents during the commercial dance market explosion in Los Angeles and the advent of MTV, Victoria assisted in the development and creation of a multimillion-dollar Dance Department representing young and innovative dance talent around the world for the first time in Entertainment history.  She continued on to create the first live theatre department for a Commercial Talent Agency. Subsequently, Victoria went on to augment that by opening the New York Division, which continues to represent actors for Television and Film, as well as Broadway and regional theatres.

 

Victoria's producing credits include The Deaf West Production of Spring Awakening, If All The Sky Were Paper, Scary Musical, Biting Broadway, and Ballet Now. She serves on the board of directors of Broadway Dreams and is a consultant for The Miracle Project.  

Victoria believes in the power of the imagination and the creative process and continues to develop well-rounded, diverse, and lucrative stage careers for actors, directors, writers, and choreographers. Victoria teaches at several University Theatre and Music Departments throughout the country.

Jodie Grundin

Talent Manager

Jodie Grundin discovered her love of theatre and performance early in life, singing in the choir and performing in school plays. She continued her pursuit at the University of Northern Colorado, where she earned her BA in Theatre with an Acting emphasis. During her time there she participated in many productions as an actress, as well as a director and crew member. 

 

Jodie has spent the last 8 years in LA acting, producing, performing sketch comedy, and enjoying the sunshine. She finds joy in coaching other actors and helping them find their way in the business. Each spring she coordinates her Alma Mater's senior showcase. Jodie has worked for Lexikat Artists in the past and is thrilled to be back.

Juliet Johnson

Executive Assistant

Named after Juliet in that play we all know well, Juliet’s love for story and performance grew at an early age through dance, musical theatre summer camps, and Shakespeare intensives. She continued her training at Pepperdine University, where she will receive her BA in Theatre with an Acting Emphasis and a double minor in Creative Writing and Great Books. Juliet is multi-talented and very interested in business and producing. She has performed in several Pepperdine productions on the main stage, including a performance at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival with the Pepperdine Scotland Theatre Company; she has also worked as a student director, choreographer, and stage manager at the university and loved it all.

Juliet is passionate and continues to work in performance, directing, and choreography in every way she can through her work at Lexikat Artists, supporting the art of other creatives. She believes in the power of stories to heal people and their communities. Juliet interned with Lexikat Artists in the past and is so excited to be working with the company in a greater capacity.

K.J. Powell

Director of Social Media and Marketing

KJ Powell is an actor, producer, and writer studying Theatre: Acting at Pepperdine University. KJ is a goal-oriented young man who believes in working hard to achieve his goals. He has earned several awards in the area of Theatre, August Wilson’s Monologue Finalist, Spotlight Award receipt, and a scholarship from the California Educational Theatre Educational Association, to name a few. KJ’s on-screen roles include Nickelodeon “Henry Danger,” CBS “Young Sheldon,” ABC “Station 19”, and Lifetime “The Secret Life of Cheerleaders.”

 

Originally from Miami, Florida, KJ began his acting career at the age of 14 when his family relocated to Los Angeles, CA.  In addition to working in the entertainment industry, KJ values serving the community. He volunteers to help those in need and will one day start a volunteer foundation to give young adults more opportunities to serve the members of the community.

Ava King

Executive Assistant to Victoria Morris 

Ava is currently pursuing a BA in American Studies at Yale University with an emphasis on digital, literary, audio, & performance cultures. She’s produced several shows throughout college including Gypsy, Hand to God, and Natasha, Pierre, & The Great Comet of 1812. The highlight of her college producing career was the Yale Dramatic Association’s 2021 Fall Mainstage production of Cabaret, Yale’s largest annual undergraduate production. Ava's leadership roles extend beyond production, as she served two terms on the Dramatic Association's board, first as a producer and later as the organization's Special Events Coordinator. She’s also produced several short films alongside talented student filmmakers and served twice on the Yale Student Film Festival Committee. Ava is a longtime staff member of the Warren Miller Performing Arts Center in her hometown of Big Sky, Montana, where she’s worked in a number of capacities, including everything from marketing to artist management. Ava also served as the stage manager for Tiny Theater, an experimental collaboration with Bozeman-based Nervous Theatre. She currently works for the Yale Schwarzman Center as an event technician. Ava is driven by a deep commitment to supporting talented creatives and amplifying their voices. At Lexikat, she hopes to contribute to empowering these individuals to share their unique stories and make a meaningful impact within the performing arts community.
