Victoria Morris
President and CEO of Lexikat Artists
Victoria Morris is a dynamic force in the entertainment industry, known for her influential work as a dance agent, talent manager, and theatrical producer. A former professional dancer in major films like Annie, One From The Heart directed by Francis Ford Coppola,and Xanadu, Victoria became a pioneering agent for dancers in theater, TV, and film. As EVP of Theatrical Representation at Kazarian Spencer & Associates, she expanded the agency’s New York office and guided top-tier talent to success. She is the founder of Lexikat Artists, producing acclaimed works such as the Tony-nominated Spring Awakening (Deaf West Theatre) and If All The Sky Were Paper at The Kennedy Center. A passionate advocate for the arts, Victoria serves on the board of Broadway Dreams, consults for The Miracle Project, and teaches at UCLA, Pepperdine, and Chapman University.

Jodie Grundin
Talent Manager
Jodie Grundin discovered her love of theatre and performance early in life, singing in the choir and performing in school plays. She continued her pursuit at the University of Northern Colorado, where she earned her BA in Theatre with an Acting emphasis. During her time there she participated in many productions as an actress, as well as a director and crew member.
Jodie has spent the last 8 years in LA acting, producing, performing sketch comedy, and enjoying the sunshine. She finds joy in coaching other actors and helping them find their way in the business. Each spring she coordinates her Alma Mater's senior showcase. Jodie has worked for Lexikat Artists in the past and is thrilled to be back.



Laurie Kanyok
East Coast Talent Manager
Laurie Kanyok is a celebrated artist, producer, and mentor whose three-decade career spans Broadway, Film, and Television. As a distinguished performer~ unique choreographer and producer, alongside her work developing emerging dance artists, Laurie’s craft has always centered on connection, collaboration, and artistic excellence.
A standout star on Broadway in Twyla Tharp’s Movin’ Out, Laurie collaborated with Twyla and Billy Joel on the genesis of this iconic Broadway production. Laurie played a key role in the development of the acclaimed Come Fly Away conceived by Tharp with the music of the one and only Frank Sinatra. She has partnered with the powerhouse casting agency Telsey & Co. on Christopher Wheeldon’s An American in Paris, assisting with the discovery and preparation of talent for Broadway, the West End, and the National Touring Companies.
Driven by a passion for cultivating the next generation, Laurie founded the Kanyok Arts Initiative, a New York–based training and mentorship hub supporting emerging Dance Artists. KAI serves as a creative home for professional companies including Complexions Contemporary Ballet, American Ballet Theatre, Parsons Dance, and The Metropolitan Opera.
Laurie is joining Lexikat Artists as an Artist Manager alongside longtime colleague and mentor Victoria Morris. Laurie will continue to champion visionary artists who shape the evolving landscape of the Creative Arts in all genres of the Entertainment Business. Of all her achievements, her greatest joy remains dancing through life with her daughter, Alexandra.
Juliet Johnson
Executive Assistant
Named after Juliet in that play we all know well, Juliet’s love for story and performance grew at an early age through dance, musical theatre summer camps, and Shakespeare intensives. She continued her training at Pepperdine University, where she will receive her BA in Theatre with an Acting Emphasis and a double minor in Creative Writing and Great Books. Juliet is multi-talented and very interested in business and producing. She has performed in several Pepperdine productions on the main stage, including a performance at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival with the Pepperdine Scotland Theatre Company; she has also worked as a student director, choreographer, and stage manager at the university and loved it all.
Juliet is passionate and continues to work in performance, directing, and choreography in every way she can through her work at Lexikat Artists, supporting the art of other creatives. She believes in the power of stories to heal people and their communities. Juliet interned with Lexikat Artists in the past and is so excited to be working with the company in a greater capacity.



K.J. Powell
Director of Social Media and Marketing
KJ Powell is an actor, producer, and writer studying Theatre: Acting at Pepperdine University. KJ is a goal-oriented young man who believes in working hard to achieve his goals. He has earned several awards in the area of Theatre, August Wilson’s Monologue Finalist, Spotlight Award receipt, and a scholarship from the California Educational Theatre Educational Association, to name a few. KJ’s on-screen roles include Nickelodeon “Henry Danger,” CBS “Young Sheldon,” ABC “Station 19”, and Lifetime “The Secret Life of Cheerleaders.”
Originally from Miami, Florida, KJ began his acting career at the age of 14 when his family relocated to Los Angeles, CA. In addition to working in the entertainment industry, KJ values serving the community. He volunteers to help those in need and will one day start a volunteer foundation to give young adults more opportunities to serve the members of the community.
