Jesse Green is a three time Emmy Award winning television, film and digital producer and director.
Green has years experience producing and directing all kinds of content spanning several genres, from TV to film to web/digital. He has worked for every major network and all of his staff positions have been on major network shows. He is well versed in directing a variety of situations, including single camera interviews, multi camera directing, studio productions, live productions, 'reality' content, corporate content, and more.
Most recently, Green created a new show called Broadway Sandwich for PBS, which has been previewed on Facebook Watch and is due to air on TV this coming January. He shot the pilot himself with his brother as second camera. They sold the series to PBS last fall based on that pilot episode (The Band's Visit.)
He greatly enjoys seeing projects through from concept to final product and is very good at telling a story on tape. Green has the ability to connect with people from all walks of life and make them feel comfortable and natural in front of the camera, which is why his work speaks for itself. He prides himself in discovering the nuance of a project and figuring out how to achieve the best results as efficiently as possible.
His current focus is on creating new content. He is interested in working with energetic, professional and creative folks to produce high quality content for clients. In addition to producing and directing, Green is an experienced and skilled camera operator and loves to shoot his own content. This knowledge makes him invaluable when working with crews, since he is able to understand the technical side of things on set.
Green has been nominated for five Daytime Emmy Awards, three of which he won. Though his passion lies behind the camera, he has also appeared on camera many times, and is comfortable in front of the lens as a presenter and performer. Recently, he has been collaborating with other producers and talent to create sizzles for new shows and projects.
